MemNexus provides a persistent memory layer for AI assistants. The Service allows you to store, search, and retrieve memories from your AI conversations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Store content that violates third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
